JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to continue building our Northern California business in the commercial and residential markets.
• This candidate will meet with clients onsite to sell and go over specs for manufacturing automatic gates and access control installation
• As an field service representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment and installation that we specialize in. You will do this by implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a person with strong construction sales experience to grow their career with company that is focused in a growth market with high potential.

The ideal Field Sales Representative has or is:

• Demonstrate understanding of the RFI and RFQ process
• Direct sales experience with gate or access control a plus!!
• Has experience working with project management & installation teams to deliver the project
• Self-motivated
• Demonstrate ability to write clearly and concisely
• Demonstrate the ability to read drawings and specs
• Good general understanding of construction process
• Experience selling to the residential market segment as well commercial
• Understands the need to complete quotes in a timely manner, fast quote turnaround
• Technology savvy, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email, Social Media
